Cancellation Policy

At Integrate Security Limited, we appreciate that circumstances can change. To maintain fairness and ensure efficient allocation of our resources, the following cancellation terms apply to all confirmed bookings and service agreements.

1. Notice of Cancellation

All cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email or letter) to Integrate Security Limited.

2. Cancellation More Than 14 Days Before Service Commencement

If a booking or service is cancelled more than 14 days before the scheduled start date or service delivery, no cancellation fee will be charged.

3. Cancellation Within 14 Days of Service Commencement

If a booking or service is cancelled less than 14 days before the scheduled start date or service delivery, the client will be liable for the full fee as quoted or agreed upon in the service contract.

4. Failure to Attend / Same-Day Cancellation

Cancellations made on the same day as the service or failure to attend a scheduled service will also result in 100% of the agreed fee being charged.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Integrate Security Limited reserves the right to review individual cases of cancellation due to unforeseen or exceptional circumstances at its discretion.

6. Refunds and Payments

Any applicable refunds will be processed within 14 working days of the cancellation confirmation.
